No. People in the 1400's were born at home. In some cases there is a reference to their birth in the church records of their parish church. Very often people did not know the date of their birth or how old they were. Events were associated with marriage, death, and birth. A person might say " I was born in the year when there was the big flood." or "when king Henry died." These things people would remember and could attach various events to them.
