Gandhi saw the injustices happening in his country, at the hands of the british, and advocated he would help his people. The Brits were making absured laws that made the Indians more and more powerless, because the British thought the Indians were beneath them, so Gandhi went and studied law in London to prove that an Indian can do what ever a white man can and to stop what the british were doing to his people in their own court of law.
