No president can "legalize illegals"-- a president can make changes in Immigration law, such as what Mr. Obama did in 2012 when he said he would ask the Immigration authorities not to deport children of undocumented immigrants who had been living here all their life and had no say in being brought here. But the laws have still not been changed, and only congress can change them, although a president can propose or advocate for a law to be passed. Mr. Obama won both the 2008 and 2012 elections fairly, and whether you agree with the results or not, there has been no evidence that he won by widespread voter fraud. You may have heard this on partisan Talk Shows whose hosts oppose the president, but just because a talk show host (or a blogger) says something does not make it true.
