There was a travel advisory making certain visa requirements necessary and it took them over two months to get that done.We have proof from the Hawaii Secretary of State that he was born in Hawaii. We know by U.S. law that an American born minor cannot have their citizenship changed by parents and the child must voluntarily change citizenship after they turn 18.Give it a rest.
