Yes to some extant, not only Christian but many different forms of religions, including Judaism, were influenced by not only Plato, but Greek philosophy in general. Especially in the teaching of the immortality of the soul. It remains a source of debate between different denominations whether or not The Bible actually teaches that the soul is immortal, or is this was adopted later by the Jews and Christians due to the popularity of Plato's teachings.
