Yes Thomas Jefferson did have a long standing affair with Sally Hemmings and fathered many, if not all of her children. To call her black is not excatly true. She was 3/4 white. Her mother was the product of an African Slave and a British sea captain and her father was white (and also the father of Jeffersons wife Martha)
he was mad because Thomas Jefferson treated him bad because he was black so he made a not harmful letter to tell him he is not different just because he is black
No. His first wife died before he entered political office- specifically the White House. He has a mistress, Sally Hanson, who was an emancipated Black Woman who had some educational travels in Paris. Books have been done on this romance. Jefferson was never married to Miss Hansen. I do not know if she was buried on the grounds of Monticello- or not.
because he was black I think it's fair to ignore the first answerer. There's no real reason that I'm aware of except that they simply disagreed about nearly everything. Jefferson wanted to spread the power, but Hamilton wanted to keep amongst a few elites. Jefferson feared tyranny, but Hamilton feared anarchy. Jefferson was free and creative, but Hamilton was neat and organized. Jefferson wore plainer clothes; Hamilton dressed more formally. Jefferson supported farming; Hamilton, manufacturing. Jefferson = strict construction; Hamilton = loose construction. The list goes on.
Barack Obama of course. There has never been conclusive proof Thomas Jefferson fathered black children. Sally Hemming accompanied the Jefferson family to Paris when she was 14 and he was 44. That was when those supporting a "relationship" claimed it started. Given the age difference is not only unlikely but highly suspect. DNA tests suggested a male Jefferson which could have been his brother Randolph or his nephews. The Hemming were related to the Jefferson family as Sally was the half sister of Thomas' wife Martha. Other rumors have abounded and none have any substance. The most detailed story involves William Henry Harrison. There is no conclusive proof there as well. In fact the story is seldom publicized.
Abraham Lincoln and Jefferson Davis
Sally Hemmings is most well-known as being one of Thomas Jefferson's slaves, with whom he had and affair while he was marrid. What is less well-known is that she was a half-sister to Thomas Jefferson's wife. Jefferson's wife's father had had an affair with one of his own black slaves. Sally Hemmings is the child born of that affair.
yes
thomas Jefferson
According to people who knew her Sally Hemmings was white with long dark hair. Some have speculated that she looked like her half sister Martha (Thomas Jefferson's wife) but nobody knows for sure. She was not mulato looking because she was 3/4 white having a white father and 1/2 black mother
Black People

There were five total, but I know one of them was the black-tailed prairie dog.
6 Childrens...He first had six children, but after his wife died he had a mistress and he had another six children. So, all together, he had twelve children but there is a debate on another possible child. So twelve, or possibly thirteen.6 children
There is no evidence that more than one had such children . (The one that may be guilty is Thomas Jefferson.)
