No Moses was on the mountain alone , as Aaron was with the Isrealites when they built the ill famous golden calf.

Moses praising God means he was devote in his belief. I don't see that it could say anything else about him.

One interpretation is that Moses' eyes were miraculously altered so that he could see spiritual phenomena. God may not have a material body, but Moses' prophetic powers allowed him to see non-material phenomena.
