Yes. The United States of America has won every delcared war it has ever fought in. If you are thinking of things like Korea, Vietnam and Somalia, those were never declared wars, they were police actions and peacekeeping missions. There is a big difference.
At least nine wars, if not many more, for I counted 40 just getting to the Sheep-eater War of 1879. This from Wikipedia's "List of wars involving the United States".
According to that same Wikipedia article, the U.S. had near continuous wars from inception until 1945. We won all those.
After 1945, the Department of War changed it's name to the Department of Defense and stopped calling any thing a "war", instead refering to them as incursions, police actions, strikes, stabilization missions, liberations, campaigns, operations, etc.
We had what the public regards as one notable loss (Vietnam), and one notable tie (Korea) that each took place since 1945.

WHAT UP The Colonists won their independence from Britain, they won One War. then were like tatatatata we will win the we brought a robot and it said i shall kill you all that's how we won
There were many objectives that the United States of America had for World War 1. One objective was to win the war.

If George Lucas, "the guy who created Star Wars," obtained the powers of the Force and fought Stan Lee, who has ALL the powers of the Marvel Universe, Stan Lee would easily win.

from strategy skills from bombing asia countries to shooting from top of mountain hills
All its wars with the exeption of the Falklands.
No, for every win there must be at least one looser.
well, i am not exactly a genious. but i am pretty sure because we have many allies because we helped them in previous wars. Also, every war we have fought in so far we won b/c of our will to fight or die for our country and its safety.
Pitiful. Congress had stripped it of power, personnel and funding. The idea that all wars after WWII would be fought by the Air Force using Nuclear Weapons and would be ended within 72 hours had become vogue. Wars are won by "The Threat of the Bayonet". Boots on the Ground Win Wars and Keep the Peace. That won't change.
Cleopatra never won any wars. True, she benefited by the Alexandrian War, but it was Julius Caesar who fought and won that war.
If America went all out, America would win. However the people in America do not want war. There would be an uproar if we went into a full war sending all our troops to Iran. If just the current amount of troops that are in Iraq, Iran, Pakistan, etc. went in it would be another story. FINAL ANSWER: if America went in full on it would be America on top.
