The origin of anime is Japan. I'm not exactly sure where, but it originated from there. Another way of referring to anime is Japanimation, since it's just like Western animation (or American Cartoons), except from Japan. :3
There is action, Horror, comedy, romance, and fantasy. I hope that solves your questions! It is true as their cartoons are anime inspired or the other way around, though we like to be amused by cartoons rather than to be intrigued and caught up in them, like they get with their character developments and plot twists of anime. We have graphic novels, and they have manga. It is just like that.
I'm guessing Japan
Anime is mostly from Japan. They started drawing cartoon characters, but called them anime. They then used computers to make them move into shows. Though the United States has been known for their Disney, there is some speculation on whether it is considered anime.
You might also be familiar with Manga, they mostly like to take those stories and characters from the books and make them moving, to make anime.
Anime did come from japan but America killed sum good shows ex:naruto, fruits basket,FMA ect. but the anime coming from France(Code lyoko) is pretty darn awesum.
Anime originated from Japan.
Wolf's Rain is a seinen, or in other words, yes. It is aimed mostly towards adults.
watchcartoononlin.com has all the episodes and many more anime mostly for free
Well, anime is just Japanese animated TV, so I really doubt it. Only Hetalia, which is about personified countries, could possibly help, but that's mostly just nonsensical.
I had that problem too! But now I watch on animecrazy.net, epdrama.com (mostly has Korean dramas, but has a part for anime), animefreak.tv (my bro's fav site), and animeseason, com (my fav site)
He's right handed, I have the anime series and he uses his right hand for mostly everything lol
Anime is mostly produced in Japan and other Asian countries as well such as in South Korea .
No, anime is only one genera of art. There are many others, anime/manga is just the best known in the western world.
japan is where anime was originated. but Hawaii does have a wide variety of them [mostly Naruto]
yes in japan but here we mostly have cartoons
Not necessarily, depends mostly on what is being watched specifically but if it's anime (the popular ones I'd say) as a whole then no.

Mostly anime forums would be good. Some include otakuholics, romanceanime, otakucenter, the list goes on.
They don't have many art classes that teach anime, Anime is mostly a self tought genre of drawing, You can use tutorials on youtube and other sites also how to books.. If there are classes for drawing anime they probably cost a lot.
Mostly mochi, sushi, noddles and any japanese food.
Anime forums and blogs mostly.
All of the South Park anime you see are just fan works. Most of the anime/manga art is just fan art, but there are some mini South Park anime vids (mostly made from flash) The only episode that had any anime in it was "Good Times with Weapons" (Season 8 Episode 1)
