My guess is no because they would have participated for the sole purpose of saving their lives, not in obedience to G-d as the Jews did

no, beacause they didnt mark their doors with the blood of the lamb. if they did then they would have survived because thats what the isralites did.....so the angel of death passed over the israelites and went to the egyptians
