Not his entire head no. A part of his brain or skull came off and fell on the back of the motorcade. His wife Jackie crawled onto the back of the car to try to retrieve it, as seen in the Zapruder film.
There is plenty of controversy over issues like this, even among honest researchers, not to speak of the nutcase would be debunkers of the critics of the Warren Commission, who simply further muddy the waters, and lead people astray. Many millions of Americans-and observers overseas-have come to understand that the Warren Commission Report was nothing more than a cover-up, a whitewash. On the other hand, independent researchers have been able to unravel plenty of material over the last five decades.
Of the many shots to the presidential limo (at least four shots, and probably many more, some by silenced weapons), one was to the President's back from the rear, around the level of T-3 or T-4, and just a little to right of midline. Please keep in mind that while the HSCA work was--overall--shoddy and sabotaged, not much better than that of the Warren Commission, at the eleventh hour--something of value did materialize. This was the conclusion that there had been at least four shots, and probably a conspiracy. Please also remember that Gerald Ford, a member of the WC (and "inside man" for the FBI) attempted to move this wound up to the lower neck, so as to more closely accord with the silly Single-Bullet-Theory. To be more explicit, there was no shot to the rear of the neck, which exited at the throat. The "throat shot" was a frontal shot, as noted by the Parkland doctors, and the bullet went down into the chest cavity, causing damage to the hilus portion of the right lung.
Now, head-shots. Based on witness testimony by the Parkland Memorial Hospital and people on the scene in Dealey Plaza, and the principles of ballistics and forensic medicine (and mostly ignoring the amateur and cover-up motivated autopsy, and nitwit (lone, crazed gunman, and SBT) WC formulation), this how many of us see it. Roughly half-way down the Elm St. incline, one bullet struck the right, rear of President Kennedy's head, in the general parietal-occipital area, behind the ear. Then, almost simultaneously, a bullet from the right front hit the President's head, above and a little to the side of the right orbit (eye-socket). With this second blow to the head, the President's body moved violently to the left rear of the limo, as his head swung equally violently to the left. There was a very large "blow-out" of the right rear aspect of the skull, with brain material ejected toward and onto the two motorcycle policemen to the rear and left of the car. That blow-out was clearly observed by the Parkland Hospital staff, and--after manipulation of the body between Dallas and the autopsy at Bethesda, the picture was much different. There was also a problem with autopsy x-rays and photographs, which medical experts have established were altered or forged (or were of a completely different individual than the President).
JFK's FACE was not "blown off". The left side of his head was hit by the fatal bullet therefore it was the left side of his head and center back of head.
No, he shot himself in the head to save himself from questioning

It really depends. The first time his head was cut off was by Asuma and his chakra blades. The second time it was blown off my Shikamaru's paper bombs.
Take it off, replace the gasket
Take all the shrouds off remove the head bolt remove the head gasket clean off the dirt then reverse the process. Hope this helps
No, JFK's head did not fall off. When he was shot, the bullet simply made a hole in his head but this did not cause his head to fall off.
your head gasket has blown, get a local garage to do a compression test, hope this helps, take the oil filler cap off the engine and check for a brown/greyish gunk, if so then your head gasket is blown.
They basically protect there soldiers and sniff out bombs so a squadron doesnt get there head blown off
That's usally a sign of a blown head gasket. When the engine is cold, take the radiator cap off and then start the engine, if the radiator starts to overflow then that is a sign of a blown head gasket.
