- Khalid Muhammad Abdallah al-Mihdhar, Hani Saleh Hasan Hanjour, and Nawaf Muhammed Salim al-Hazmi were the hijackers who flew American Airlines Flight 77 into the Pentagon.
- Ziad Samir Jarrah drove United Flight 93 into the ground in a field outside of Shanksville, PA.
Thirteen others were the muscle that kept the passengers at bay while these animals changed the world.
