Difficult to answer that question, as there are some verses in The Bible that seem to state that the Bible is the word of God. The problem with this is that many of the biblical authors did not know that they were contributing to a collection of 66 books that would one day be considered "the word of God." The Bible does NOT claim absolute infallibility. In fact, there are several occasions in which Paul explicitly states that what he is writing is opinion, and that he does not know what God's "position" on the issue would be. It is very possible that God created the Bible, but that the Bible is not perfect. Consider that God created people, yet people are imperfect.
