Persecution of JewsNo, alleged involvement in the Roman crucifixion of Jesus Christ cannot explain the historical persecution of Jews. It is much more complicated. Anti-Semitism existed before Christ and has existed in many forms since. The European Holocaust is one stark example that had nothing to do with Christ. AnswerMany Jews were able to obtain places in business and finance due to their hard work. Communism and Nazism came to power by generating fears among the people and finding someone to blame for their economic problems. Mussolini also came to power by blaming the problems on the Communists. AnswerThe Holocaust had almost nothing to do with religion and was motivated by political conspiracy theories. Obviously, religion had played a key role in demonizing the Jews, especially in the period from the First Crusade (1096) till the early 1800s, but from about 1870 onwards a new kind of antisemitism arose, which was secular, racist, political and non-religious. The Holocaust was secular, not religious. Converts to Christianity (and their children and grandchildren) were persecuted in exactly the same way as actively practising members of Jewish congregations.

Type your answer here... The Jews did not crucify Jesus Christ. The Romans crucifies him because they were afraid he would gain to many followers and the Roman Empire would be overthrown. Jesus, himself, was a Jew. After he was crucified, anyone who still believed he was the son of G-d, was called a Christian.

If you are asking why the Holocaust occurred, it was because Germany had so much built up hatred and anger that the Nazis were able to take control. The Nazis directed the hatred upon the Jewish, Gypsies, and other people so that they may be able to gain more power.
