A few things you can do is

-Take a warm bath before bed.

-Read a book or do something that can make you sleepy or relaxed.

-Just relax and close your eyes and think about your day and things like that.

-If you pray praying helps you seep too. Even if you already did pray for anything you can think of. (your family, people that are homeless. etc.)

-Or you can count sheep too.
