According to me

SignIn means you don't have an account and you are generating your username and password as you did when you create an email etc. and login means you are entring into the system by entring the same username and password.

Its very confusing sometime as both looks same so we also used either one.

You can say any of them . Its on you.

log in means you have got an account- sign in only for session.
