I am 29 weeks pregnant and sometimes I have difficulty breathing for hours! I have read that it is normal because of the hormones produced and the baby and your uterus expanding. It only gets worse the more pregnant you become. I also had difficulty breathing when I first got pregnant from 5-9 weeks pregnant. Again, this is because of hormones.
The doctor tells me the best thing to do is to slow down and get some rest. Also to make sure that I keep good posture, and to sleep propped up with a pillow. Even still I get out of breath and I have come to terms with the fact that it may bother me, but it's NOT hurting the baby. Just keep that in mind and try to take your mind off of it if you can...you'll be feeling better in no time!
I hope this was helpful!
