Some of the negatives of being involved in physical activity is when you get injured in sports you play like for example you play Netball: * Sprain your ankle or both of them so it becomes weak. There is a possibility that you might not play in months or time
there are alot of disadvantages to physical fitness 1 you can get muscles which defitnetly suck 2 if you get muscles then you will pick up the ladies which no one wants to do right ;)
Muscles will become fat when your old and you stop working out
if someone has a medical condition e.g heart failure, liver failure or sever athsma it could be damaging.
the bad thing about exercise is the sweating and the fact that it is hard work
you can pull a muscle
It can get someone permanently injured. It can knock someones tooth out or make them break a bone but other than that..sports are good for everyone. everyone can use the excercise.
YOU. ARE GAY.
