Find the speedometer cable at the rear of the transmission and unscrew the collar. Use a screwdriver the pry the cable loose. Leave the cable hanging. Go to the Dashboard and gently pry out your instrument panel. This will take some time, be patient. When you get it out unscrew the speedometer cable from the rear of the instrument panel and pull the cable all the way out toward you. put in the new cable inserting it through the firewall and hook it up to the instrument panel. Put your instrument panel back in. Go under the car and hook it up back up to the transmission. That it!
When the cable box says "boot", it means that the cable box is booting/re-booting. Don't do anything yet, wait until the display goes blank, then in a couple of minutes, the time will appear.

Very aggravating problem with a simple answer thanks to my wife! First, you must have the time showing in the instrument cluster of your dashboard (the digital display in the center of the dash showing the odomoter, temperature, etc.). If the time is not showing in the instrument cluster, then look/feel for a small button labelled 'BC' on the end of the turn signal indicator lever. Push this button to scroll through the options for the instrument cluster and stop when the time is displayed. With the time showing in the instrument cluster, twist and hold the right knob on the instrument cluster until the time starts to change. You can twist it forward or backwards depending on which way you want to set the time. This sets the time in both the instrument cluster and the radio.
What channel is paintball on for time warned cable

On the radio there is an icon that looks like a clock. It should be the top right button. Press the button and the time display will appear. Turn the tuner knob to adjust time and then press it to set the time. As soon as you set the time, the clock on the instrument cluster will automatically set.
It could be a broken or disconnected speedo cable, that's one thing, the other is that the speedo itself has died that's what happened to me. The thing to do is first check the cable. You need to disconnect it from both ends and see that the inside works, the hard part is removing the instrument panel assy. This whole deal takes a bit of time and sure helps if you've got help but it's doable. If the cable's ok then you need to buy a new instrument assy.
