A computer is a manufactured, synthetic calculatory machine. It lacks independent intelligence. It must be programmed with logic-guided Artificial Intelligence matrixes. Computers cannot natively perform logical tasks, and must instead use algorithmic processes to emulate logical taskwork. They also cannot independantly generate content.
Humans are independantly intelligent, organic, biological lifeforms that developed independantly through evolution. They can perform both mathematical and logical processes natively, and can independantly generate content without prior instruction, training, or knowledge and do so regularly.

It's a test - of a machine's capability to mimic human behaviour so precisely - that it is impossible to distinguish it from a real person. The test involves a 'subject' placed in a room separate from the computer and person - so they can't see each other. The subject then communicates with the human and the computer via computer screens. If the subject cannot distinguish between computer or human responses - then the computer is deemed to have passed the test.
this because the computer can't work without the knowledge of human being where the human being put the data and the computer process it
how is computer a human being
One of the advantages of a computer over human beings is that you do not have to worry about human error. A computer is also impersonal, so you do not have to worry about human emotions entering into any work that is done.
Being a human unfortunately precludes being a computer. Life just isn't fair.

he got frustrated being a human computer, with human computer error rates, with typesetting errors of human computers hand written answers, and said "there has to be a way to do this with steam!"
A Normal Human Being , or in schools
A computer has no limit when it comes to counting or calculation. And does this faster than a human being even think.
