There are no grease fittings on the wheel of any car. The wheel bearings must be removed, cleaned, inspected, repacked, and replaced.
Factory unit is sealed without grease fittings Replacements have grease fittings
If you don't see the little nipple fittings to grease the chassis, then they're sealed. The tie rods, however are the same for many Crown Vics, and may have them. I have a 95 vic and there are no fittings anywhere. I got a special needle that fits a greese gun, pushed in the top if all the rubber (tie rod ends, ball joints, ect)and put in enough greese to fill them up. Ford would rather sell you these parts, but this will make them last longer.

Have all the moving parts checked in the steering, and grease whatever joints that can be done. Most Ford steering parts do not have grease nipples to add grease. So, they might have to be re-placed.
