Creation and termination of the cosmos is not a big Buddhist concern. There are no creation/destruction myths like in Christianity. Eventually all sentient beings on all worlds (not just this Earth) will become enlightened and merge into Nirvana. This does not necessarily mean there will be an end to the physical Universes except that the fiction that there are physical world(s) will not be necessary at that time.
