from The Catechism of the Catholic Church, second edition, English translation 1994681 On Judgment Day at the end of the world, Christ will come in glory to achieve the definitive triumph of good over evil which, like the wheat and the tares, have grown up together in the course of history.
Many of them do, although some do not. Believing in a final day of judgment is not a defining characteristic of the Protestant faith, as many Roman Catholics share the same belief.
Christians believe that after Jesus comes a second time, all of us will face god on the judgment day, to answer for all done and said on earth.
Yes. Christians, that include Catholics and other Protestants, believe Sunday is a holy day. In Judiasm, Saturday is the holy day.
Islam believe in judgment day.
Primarily, because it is a 'theme' throughout the Bible (see 2 Peter 2:9 as an example).

I do believe that god has a set special day for judgment but I don't think that anyone knows that day.
Muslims believe many of the same things about angels as Christians do, but there is a greater focus on Gabriel over Michael, since Gabriel facilitated the revelation of the Qur'an. In terms of Judgment Day, the general idea of Judgment Day and the Apocalypse are the same in Islam. Of course, the fundamental difference is that when God sits in judgment, the "correct" answer to what religion you belong to is Islam, not Christianity and Muhammad sits with God as He judges instead of Jesus.
A minority of Christians who believe in preaching hate, and believe that manipulating the bibles teaching for their own purposes, claim that we will burn in hell forever. I personally believe that on the day of judgment, everyone of them will be made to atone for their bastardization of the faith.
Both Christianity and Islam have a concept of Heaven and Hell. Both also believe there will be a Day of Judgment at the end of the world in which everyone will be judged.
No we do not believe. But we believe in the second coming of GOD and on that day everyone dead will rise with their own bodies and the along with the living will be judged (called as the final judgement.)
Any body can celebrate St Patrick's Day if they wanted to but its more for Christians and Catholics, and Irish people in Ireland and around the world.
