Cabin crews perform their duty in the cabin. Typically there is no cabin in cargo aircraft. Cabin area is replaced by main deck and no passenger to service. I don't think airline will assign cabin crew to follow flight to serve pilots and license aircraft engineer (if any) onboard.

HOW is Oxygen provided in aircraft?

On commercial airliners the jet turbines are also used to cram air into small ducts (at very high pressure) which is mixed with recycled air and then bled back into the cabin through the air conditioning. How high do non-commercial airplanes fly?

The majority are limited to 10,000 or 12,000 feet (the height where you must use oxygen and/or a pressurized cabin). That's not a law, and some people own aircraft that operate on the same rules as commercial airliners.

So that the passenger and crew remain alive. At 40,000 feet a person with an oxygen mask breathing pure oxygen will have cognitive (thinking) problems. Pressurising the cabin removes the risk, discomfort and other issues with oxygen systems.

It actually depends on in what environment the role of stewardess is undertaken. i.e. in airlines cabin crew who are tall have issue working in the aisles as aircrafts are so compact.
