No. At least none that I've been to. I know for sure that the one in Philly and the one in NY (Port Authority) don't even have the option of paid wi-fi.

It is difficult to do this trip on one bus line. The best way is to take the Peter Pan Bus line bus to New York and change to Greyhound Lines. You can get to Albuquerque on Greyhound from New York with only one transfer in St. Louis.
