Most historians believe early Native Americans crossed over the Bering Land Bridge from Asia to Alaska during the last Ice Age.
It is possible, although many historians believe the Anishinaabe preceded the Dakota and other Native Americans. French fur traders are the first known Europeans to visit Minnesota in the 1600s, long after the Dakota settled there.
The Europeans wanted to own and develop the land, whereas the Native Americans believe the land was for everyone, not for one individual to own.
Historians believe that Columbus reached the Bahamas first.
The Native Americans actually did give the Europeans a few diseases however they are debatable. One of the diseases that Europeans contracted on their way to the New World and at the new world was typhus. Another disease that affected the people coming to the New World was syphilis, now see this is the debatable disease because many believe that It was contracted by Hispaniola but it could still be considered something that was given to the people who came to the New World. Now I do not believe the Europeans got this disease but the Spaniards did.

And on what is the question based? I believe that a great deal of it depends upon the country being discussed, and even regions within that country. I'm not sure I believe that that Americans do go to church more than Europeans.
Yes because that way the Europeans couldn't tell people about Jesus if they didn't believe they had souls.
I don't believe it was a specific disease. I'm pretty sure it was everything. The Native Americans' immune system was not accustomed in the same way as the Europeans. Their bodies did not contain antibodies to help prevent infection of foreign pathogens that the Europeans brought with them. The most prevalent of these diseases was smallpox.
the euros taught the natives about Jesuits and Ursuline forcing to believe euros had the right religion.
Archeologists and historians believe humans crossed over the Bering Sea land bridge about 20,000 to 30,000 years ago. It is possible that others came to the Western Hemisphere by other means.
I believe Europeans are the ones that gave diseases to the Natives, Not the other way around. <different user> The Europeans gave the Native Americans disease, but the Natives also gave the Europeans knowledge on how to survive in the wild I think, correct if I'm wrong, please!!! I suggest you check out syphilis and the Native American. Both gave their own version of biota to each other.

There are people who believe in God in every European country, varying from a fairly small minority of the population in some Scandinavian countries, to a considerable majority in Ireland, Italy and Poland. At least three out of four Americans are said to believe in God.
