Do I need to go to the Toyota dealership to get the dead battery on the key chain that allows you to lock and unlock the doors or can i go to a radio shack?

no go anywhere that sells watch battery's jewellery shops radio shack any where really you can fit them easily once you have a small screw driver to open it
