it should. the body style for wranglers from 1997-2006 (the TJ) should fit tops from other jeeps so long as the jeeps have the same body style, which in your case do. as far as i know, the only differences between saharas and rubicons are cosmetic and dont differ the jeeps ability to sustain parts from other "TJ" wranglers. but if your jeep was sold as a convertible i would check to make sure it has the frame to fit a hardtop of any kind, that i dont know. it should be easy to find out.

ALL wranglers between 1989 and 1996 use the 5 bolt, 4-1/2" bolt pattern. This is the same as most of the older Fords. I am not sure when they changed to this from the earlier models, but the CJ's were 5 on 5" bolt pattern. The new Jeeps are also this bolt pattern. 2007-
