No - they are not supposed to and the vast majority do not. It is known that a few do secretly but it is strictly condemend as they believe Birthday celebrations are actually rooted in paganism.
They also point out at two birthdays mentioned in The Bible = Pharoahs and Herods, the baker and John the Bapist died. Also, birthdays are about self and promote the individual above God.
