No.

For the majority of the history of the United States, most Jews thought (and continue to think) fondly of the United States as it was one of the few nations in the history of the World to treat Jews (from a political perspective) as equals. Jews in the United States were never subject to humiliating taxes, occupational prohibitions, religious restrictions, ghettoization, incursions on freedom of speech or assembly, nor were they ever evicted from any part of the United States at any time. Therefore, most Jews respect and think highly of the United States. There is a minority of Jews who do not care about America because they have little consideration for any non-Jewish State, but there is no animosity between them and America. They are only apathetic. (It would be similar to asking "the average American" about how he feels about Malawi; he wouldn't know anything and would not care to learn anything.)

YES, but they do not control it. This is a very tricky question to answer because there are the common antisemitic canards that "The Jews control the banks", "The Jews control the media", and "The Jews control politics" that are all incorrect, but to deny any or even disproportionate Jewish influence in these aspects of world politics, and America especially, is similarly incorrect.

Extent of Jewish Influence
Jews are notable for having a cultural stress on education, a higher prevalence for intact families, a stronger sense of communal solidarity. This has led to them being over-represented in upper-class and middle-class professions. Jews have a strong presence in politics, the media, law, and finance, far in excess of what would be expected if Jews had a presence in proportion to their percentage of the populations in these professions. Given that Jews have a strong presence in politics, with 3 Supreme Court Justices and 29 Congresspersons as of 2016, and a significant presence in Hollywood and the media, they have some influence over what people think. However, all of these Jews operate individually based on their own morals, values, and desires. Jews have a presence in these professions based on skill, acumen, and personal connections.

Issues with Antisemitic Canards
There are two major issues with the canards, the first is the extent of the Jews' influence and the second is the more insidious implicit argument that the Jews are ideologically united with specific goals (usually to "take down the system". As to the first, the Jews are not "in control" since there are numerous other groups that also have a hand in running the United States in other countries. The US has multiple different groups and interests, none of which have true control and all of which have to compromise to various degrees. As to the second, no links or evidence have actually been demonstrated of a cabal and until such evidence is revealed, it is a nonsense antisemitic canard.
