No. What they preach is truth according to their own doctrines.
However, the vast majority of the Christian Church regards some of Mormon doctrines as incorrect, and even heretical. This is in part due to doctrines to do with salvation, and the acceptance of the Book of Mormon as scriptural.
The Christian Church worldwide regards Mormonism at best a fringe church within the Christian umbrella, but certainly not a mainstream Christian denomination. At worst, some even regard it as a sect or even a cult, although this, I believe, is a little unfair.
So, when Mormons preach their doctrines door-to-door, as far as they are concerned they are 'truth' but the vast majority of Churches across the world think otherwise, and not without reason, if the history of the Church, theology, Biblical textual criticism, Biblical Archaeology and so on are taken into account.
Like any human, Mormons can lie, but it's not recommended- really it's not recommended for anyone.
The really just regular people like us so ya.
Yes, Mormons are the worst liars in the world. We're such bad liars because we lack experience. People who are better liars simply have more practice.
Missionaries for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (The "Mormon" church) do have the physical ability to lie, as they are human, but they are not supposed to lie. If their leaders find out they have lied they can be sent home.

This question may refer to the Missionaries of the Mormon Church; The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Mormon Missionaries are unpaid volunteers who actively seek individuals interested in learning more about the Restored Gospel of Jesus Christ. As Christians, they believe that Jesus Christ is our Savior, and that God is our Heavenly Father. They believe this with such strong conviction (aka: Testimonies), that they volunteer to concecrate 1.5 to 2.0 years of their lives to serving a mission. Mormon Missionaries always travel in groups of 2 or more; two male missionaries are called 'Elders', even though they're 19 or 20 years old. Two lady missionaries are called 'Sisters'.
Of course! If you invite the missionaries into your home, you may ask them to take off their shoes. Many people do not allow shoes in their homes, so this is something that missionaries are asked to do quite often.
you can go to cumorah.com. they have maps for each country. hope this helps
