Many of the Muslim Scholars have thorough knowledge of the Old Testament Scriptures but they don't use it. The revelation of the Qur'an cancels the use and practice of OT. Many teachings of OT are included in the holy Qur'an. The Muslims are bound to follow the Qur'an. The Muslims, however, believe OT to be the word of God when it was not corrupted and changed.
