Muslim invented Soap. In 12th century it was manufactuory produced. Europe didn't even know about soap until the war of Jerusalem where they learned it from Muslims.

Soap was being used long before Islam came in being.

The earliest recorded evidence of the production of soap-like materials dates back to around 2800 BC in ancient Babylon. The Egyptians had a type of soap, the Romans made soap. A detergent similar to soap was manufactured in ancient China.

All this was way before the 12th Century.

Soap in the ancient times was made with animal fat but a Muslim could be never sure that the fat used was "halal" or that fat of swine was not used in the production of the soap. Hence the abstinence from soap till vegetable oil soaps/ synthetic soaps were introduced.

Yes ALHAMDULILLAH.Muslims wash themselves daily.We do ablution before praying five times in a day.It is kind of keep yourself clean.Cleanliness is half of FAITH.If you are muslim you have to clean yourself.Water is the main part in cleanliness.We should trim our nails in every Jummah.We do ablution before take bath too.Thanks

The question is very amazing. What do you think about Muslims? Do you ever met with a Muslim to know who is he/she clean and taking care of his/her good appearance. I wonder. Muslims; as all people; use soap of course. They wash five times a day for praying. Cleanliness is considered as part of Muslim faith.

Yes they do. Muslims are expected to be clean every single day. They need to be clean so that they can perform their prayers properly and to smell nice and all those good stuffs when you are clean.

They use all kind of shampoos. My friend is a Muslim and she uses all different kind of shampoos and toothpastes and perfumes.
