Yes you most certainly can eat cauliflower raw . I do it all the time and I feel great , I also like eating broccoli raw , cabage , bok choi etc . You should try it, because it won't hurt you.I find that alot of vegetables can be eaten raw and are much beter for you than cooked . There is nothing like a nice fresh salad from raw uncooked veggies.
