I have traveled through many many airports and have almost always taken dvds with me. They have never been damaged while going through baggage check, I'm quite sure that's an urban legend. I wouldn't worry about it if I were you.
The size of the game is not really the issue. The issue is this: is it a Nintendo Wii game? I'm guessing not. I'm guessing it is one of the later Nintendo DS games, in which case it must be played on the Nintendo DS. Wii games are on DVDs.
You Can't
No, it cant even play regular dvds or cds. However, you can softmod your wii to play dvds, internet radio, and backup/pirated wii games ftom a usb drive or dvd
No, the Nintendo Wii cannot, and will not, play DVDs. There have been rumors about a newer Wii version to hit stores in 2011 about a DVD-playing Wii, but it is all just a rumor, and would be a completely different Wii. Currently, it does't play DVDs.
hi you cannot wach dvds on a Nintendo wii.
It all depends on what you like. the x-box 360 can play a lot of fun games like the halo series, Grand theft auto, and castle crashers. It also plays DVDs (not blue ray). The ps3 has the final fantasy series (an epic series if you ask me), it also has metal gear solid, resistance, and lemmings. It can play blue ray DVDs and regular DVDs. The Wii is more of a family console. It has games for most ages. Not a lot of action games like halo or metal gear. It cant play DVDs unless you have the home-brew Chanel. The home-brew Chanel is a very nice addition for the Wii. It can emulate old games if you have the ROMS for them on your computer. It can watch DVDs and you can put cheats on your favorite game just to have fun. You can emulate games from the Nintendo, Nintendo 64, super Nintendo. It all depends on what you like. i hope this has sufficient information for you to make a choice. for more info about the home-brew Chanel go here http://wiibrew.org/wiki/Homebrew_Channel xbox360
There must be one store that lets you sell used games and DVDs. GameStop does that.
No you can not play a Nintendo Wii game in a PS3
PS2 games are on DVDs on CDs, The Original Game DVD remains workable if there are no changes to it.
No, the NDSi XL cannot play DVDs, since it will not fit inside.

Unfortunately, there are no legal means of playing DVDs on any Nintendo consoles at the present time. Nintendo chose to exclude this capability to keep licensing costs down and focus on gaming rather than movie playback. It is theoretically possible to modify a Wii to play DVDs, however, this modification invalidates the warranty.
