Yes. All cats retain the striped 'Tabby' gene. Albeit very faint, some Russian Blue cats will retain 'ghost stripes' of varying shades of gray. The longevity of these stripes depends on the individual animal, and may or may not fade with age.

When they are kittens, Russian blues CAN have faint stripes, called 'ghost tripes'. These go away as the cat reaches adulthood.
