In the First World Theory of 1978, Vampires were thought to have no eyes. But in recent history, sightings have suggested the evolution of the pupil. Their cravings of erythrocytes contained in the hemoglobin proposes that members of the Vampirus Anamelius Kingdom may perhaps go to great lengths to satisfy their thirst for the glucose sythetically produced in the blood stream. Hence, "spying" on their prey is not uncommon. Hope this helps.

Vampires are fictional creatures created in folklore and literature. In most stories, vampires do not spy on individuals in the traditional sense. However, they are often depicted as using their supernatural abilities to observe and interact with humans in order to feed on them.
