All Honda vehicles up to 2002 have cam belts. Starting in 2003-up the V6 has a belt and all 4 cylinders have a chain.
Look closely at the belt on both sides for cracking and fraying. The Cam belt should just be replaced at a regular interval as listed in your owners manual.
