Yes! But the tone of each keys are different. Actually, it depends on what you mean. If you mean the number of black and what keys on the keyboard, no, they do not all have the same number. A "standard" piano has 88 keys, and that is the most common, but not all pianos have that number.
Not all pianos have 88 keys, although most modern pianos do. Pianos have roughly 88 keys because of the reach of the the player. Early pianos often had 85 keys. There was pressure to standardise on a number because composers wouldn't want to to write for keyboards if not all pianos could play them. Some modern keyboards have extra keys; usually these are hidden under a flap that can be raised if required - some jazz players like to have the extra bass notes. Having the extra notes also adds resonounce to other (conventional) bass notes.
Some people tune their pianos monthly. Some never tune them at all. It is probably reasonable to expect that, on average, pianos get tuned once a year. But you don't really know that for sure. Let's begin: NYC Population: 3e6 people, more or less Average size of household: 1.46 people / household Average number of households having a piano: 11.7 households / piano Number of pianos tuned by one tuner per day: 4 pianos (exactly) Number of tuner workdays per year: 253 days (exactly) Number of people per piano: 1.46 * 11.7 = 17 people / piano Number of pianos per NYC: 3e6 / 17 = 176470 pianos / NYC Number of pianos tuned by one tuner per year: 4 * 253 = 1012 pianos Number of tuners needed to tune all the pianos in NYC: 176470 / 1012 = 174. ANSWER: 174 tuners, more or less. Note: A standard piano keyboard has 88 keys. An octave spans 12 keys, not 8. The number of keys is irrelevant, as is the number of strings, because a piano tuner will tune all the strings for all the keys when he/she tunes the piano.
They all have keys.
For the most part, a piano has exactly 88 keys. Generally, 52 whites and 36 blacks. There are exceptions. Some of the larger very expensive grands might have extra keys in the bass. Some really dinky pianos, verticals in particular, may have fewer keys. Over all though, most piano makers produce pianos with 88 keys.

Piano values are not simply determined by age and/or model, and as such there is no simple blue book for pianos. Taken into account is the condition, not only the outward appearance, but inside, the condition of the strings, the action (hammers, felt, leather, wood) the piano keys themselves - too many variables apply to say that Piano XYZ built by Company ABC built in 1908 is worth so many dollars. It will be best to consult with a local piano tuner or piano technicians guild in your area.
