Yes they do from time to time if they're there, as Giraffes are very exotic eaters, (curious eaters) and no animal is strictly a carnivore, omnivore and in the Giraffe's case herbivore. They will eat dead animals, or gnaw on old bones, as they are a rich source of nutrients (mainly Phosforus) that they normally wouldn't be able to find, in eating grass, or trees (or fauna in general). A specific example is the Taronga Zoo/ Western Plains zoo in Australia was seen eating a dead rabbit, in front of a group of school children, giving them a great education into what safari animals eat!

Yes, all giraffes are herbivores. They never eat meat of any kind.
Yes a Giraffe can eat a flea* but it may not be good for them in any way. May i ask why you asked this question anyway? a Giraffe or any other animal may eat anything they please although they may not like it and may not be good for them. I'm sure they wouldnt find a flea out in the desert anyway.
A lion would try to eat a giraffe, but may not succeed.

The only animal that will eat a giraffe is a lion. The lion will only eat a giraffe when it is getting a drink of water and does not know it is there.
