A trainer with a cherim can be found in the iron island complex
Someone previously mentioned Eterna Gym but even if this is true it isn't a very usefull location for those looking to add the Pokemon to their pokedex to get the national dex because gym trainers won't fight after their leader is beaten.

∙ 14y agoTo obtain the Pokemon Cherrium, you must evolve a Cherrubi at level 25. To level a Pokemon up, you must fight other Pokemon and defeat them, giving your Pokemon Experience Points - Known as Exp. Points.
Cherrium is generally a sad, closed-up looking Pokemon. To see the bright, happy side of this Pokemon, use the move 'Sunny Day' and the Pokemon will become a bright and happy creature.

∙ 12y agoYou would need a Cherubi which you can slather honey on the Honey Tree. When it shakes and it is a Cherubi then you can catch it and evolve it at level 25.

If you really want to, use your masterball because it never fails. Masterball fails on other peoples Pokemon. I learnt from my mistakes... you cant catch trainers Pokemon it wont work with any type of poke ball(it would've been cool if you can catch trainers Pokemon though=)
