It is unlikely that you will get any brakes unless you work in the automotive sector.
The quality of work being done at Just For Brakes has extremely bad reviews. Before you take your Jaguar to Just Brakes, read the following: www.consumeraffairs.com/automotive/just_brakes.html
Checking to see if your brakes are in good working order is a good idea. You can check yellow pages online. You may also want to check with automotive parts stores, they usually know who does the best work.
Stay in school and work hard. You will need to go to college and get an Automotive Engineering Degree in order to get a job as an automotive engineer.
at a guess the brakes have still got air in the system and need bleeding properly
it depends on the year of the vehicle. it could be a bad brake line or the may just need to be bled
Brakes need adjusting? Pads need replacing? Caliper frozen? Low brake fluid level and need to be bled?
Automotive technicians are almost like Doctors. Technicians vary in their expertise. You have general mechanics (Technicians) who will work in a shop and do many things, ie brakes, alignments, tune ups etc. You also have technicians who specialize in different areas such as transmissions, brakes, alignments, air conditioning, electrical, etc.......and ONLY work on these things in a specialized shop...... I specialize in automatic transmissions and have been for the past 23 years. Hope this helps....... transman
Impossible to answer from such a short description, but probably you need to tighten the cables one way or another. Try the related links.
slowly push it along then pull the brakes, if it stops, THE BRAKES WORK!!! if it keeps going, THE BRAKES DON'T WORK!!! IT'S ROCKET SCIENCE!!!
in a factory
If you lack experience and knowledge about general automotive brake repair I would suggest purchasing a shop repair manual for that vehicle and have a trusted mechanic assist you or at least inspect your work.
