First, it's just a dumb concept..."a blacklist"...sure my competitior is going to take my opinion of who he should do business with. That's as stupid as my sending him the name or such of who that person is that needs my service!
You know, a bank won't give you a loan just because the one down the street will....why would you think they WOULN'T because the one down the street won't? DUH.
In the US blacklists aren't allowed or used. Period. It is a fiment of the imagination of stupid people who have failed to perform on agreements and blame everybody else...a conspiracy...for why they are seen as untrustworthy.
Of course your credit report is available to anyone anyway...and it says the factual record of your business nd payment history...so if you have a good one...your welcomed and if you don't your not. Far from a "blacklist". We live with the pasts we create.
