Depends what you define as being a "rainforest."

The marine climate of British Columbia's west coast from the Alaska border right down to the Washington state border produces heavy rainfall in some forested areas that could be classified as "rain forest" (typically receiving over 90 in. of rainfall a year). These forests do support significant black bear populations though they tend to thrive in areas farther inland where the rainfall is around 50-60 in. annually.
