They can lose their voice like people and there voice can change as they get older. Is that what you are asking? Or like do they break like a glass I don't quite get the question.

Um, i dont know, but i think so. little girls tend to have high pitched, childish voices. but older girls dont tend to have such childish sounding voices. some older girls still do have high pitched voices, and that is why i dont really know for sure.
They are not asking for new members to do voice acting right now but i know you will find audition info when they need some voices on youtube :) Only when the need voices though :)
