Almost anybody can dye there hair. As long as there is hair to dye you can dye it. There is only one problem if you have dark hair and are wanting blonde you have to get a strong enough bleach to do it with. And also if you get to strong you can get a chemical cut, meaning, the chemicals react with your hair making pieces fall out.

You don't. Not only would you scratch them, but you could change the chemical makeup of them and they could harm your eyes. Adding a chemical to the contacts to change the color could also cause you harmful damage to your eyes.
