They are excellent with other dogs, cats and children. They tend to be very physically pushy dogs however; they will knock down children and indiscriminately force their way in between others. If improperly trained, this can lead to a very obnoxious, nippy dog.

Generally other dogs do not mind being barreled into and shoved about. They in fact like the physical contact. So dogs do not mind this; but with a small child this physical pushiness can be perceived by humans as aggression. By the nature of other herding, drover and protection dogs, it can be perceived as a threatening behavior, especially if the corgi inadvertently tramples a pack member (such as a handler, another dog in an unfamiliar pack/family or a small child). Most working dogs like corgis can be on the obnoxious side if they are not reeled in and taught manners. So as long as he is taught not to be overly enthusiastic and there is room to run around at first meeting (in other words you are not introducing the dogs in a cramped space where the other dog has not room to retreat if the corgi pushes its opinion too hard) then you should not have a problem with this generally good-natured dog.

Corgis are not generally aggressive by nature. They are herders and not protection dogs and therefore a quite social, and obedient if trained properly. Therefore they will not generally show aggression to other dogs unless very poorly bred. Of course any dog can be made incorrigible with improper handling. Pushiness is just their nature. And they are pushy with great gusto. They tend toward physically assertive behavior and for such a low-lying, long dog are very powerful and fast indeed, much more physically powerful than say a Dachshund for instance.

What you can find because of this is that with a naturally passive or soft-sided dog, a corgi can seem to throw their weight around and cow the other dog rapidly. This is not aggression on their part, it is simply their wanting to be friendly. However, it can be perceived by other dog owners or even a frightened, more passive dog, as aggression. If you are introducing a naturally passive dog to them, they should be introduced in a controlled manner so that the rambunctiousness pushy nature of the corgi does not overpower and completely cow the other dog. If you are introducing a more aggressive dog to them, also give more room to play. This is for the corgis sake not the other dog. Corgis can be a bit socially awkward (pushy and a bit dense) at times and very enthusiastic about being so and smart enough to respect boundaries in other animals once they are understood. A cat will set them in their place immediately. After that the corgi will happily be its best friend.

In both cases, it may be best to introduce them at say a dog park where there are more dogs around for the corgi to play with than just the one dog, so the new friend does not get picked on and shoved about by the corgi until it gets angry or afraid. Generally dogs will not generally attack one another if they are given plenty of space to play and lots of other playmates around.
