i think thhat the inside olant will grow faster becacuse the shaded plant is always going to try to reach to the sun . the one out side will grow but then it will die because the sun is heating it to much so i say that the inside plant will grow faster

if you think about it, it's in the name sun. They need to grow outside to get to the sun. but you can grow them inside to.just put them by a window that has alot of sun
