I have 2 dogs and both know walkies times and feed times.. If walkies are 15 minutes early then the next day the dogs are ready at the earlier time.

In a different sense they dont know how long you have left them say at a kennel at holiday times..

Not specific times, but they can understand if you were gone for a short time (a half hour-hour) versus a long time (a few hours)

No, dogs have no sense of time, they lives only in the present since they do not have the capability of thinking of the past or the future.
