Actually not all do,but most male mammals do have nipple,they are just not as noticable or large.

Male rats of the species Rattus norvegicus do not have nipples either. This can easily be seen on hairless varieties.

No. Male horses and male platypuses do not have nipples. There may be others.

No, They all do not have nipples and all live on land, dolphins live in the sea and are mammals, secondly they do not all have nipples either, case in point, monotremes, like the platypus where even the females dont have nipples.

Yes, on female dolphins they are located on either side of the genital slit, hidden inside two smaller slits, allowing the dolphin to maintain a hydrodynamic shape in the water
